Re: Apartments Forced Notice from Dogs. Harassment?

Wow. I complained and complained about noisy neighbors to my homeowners association and even to the police (human noise - day and night - large numbers of Mexican men out on their patio, which was right across from mine in a dense, condo situation, partying and drinking beer with extremely loud voices, sometimes staring before noon and going as late as 2 in the morning, ear splitting music, huge parties etc. and NOTHING was done.

And yet, a dog barks and the world moves.
