There are attorneys who handle non-human issues like this...but it might be expensive. Perhaps you could get a free consultation.... you should at least be given a warning and be allowed to do something about it before being told to move.

Prevention is the best remedy however. Next time don't let your dogs run outside at will...even on an enclosed porch. Keep em in, and when they are out there, keep em supervised.

I know how you feel tho. I have never had anyone complain about my dog's barking, but I have lived in places where human noise was intolerable. It seems human beings can scream at the top of their lungs, play ear splitting music any time of the day or night, and/or party all night long...but dogs can't bark.
