Re: Apartments Forced Notice from Dogs. Harassment?
I hope you were able to find another place to live.
When people start complaining it never stops.
Actually I am surprised that you are allowed to have dogs
in a rental.
We own a house in a street and one neighbor has complained about our dog. He can't be alone and barks, we closed all the blinds and had the tv going and we still had trouble.
Instead of getting in constant arguments we now hire a sitter when we go out and in daytime we take him in the
car wherever we go. And he is never alone on the patio.
It is extra work and cost, but in our case we can handle it.
The same neighbor is now after someone else and does not
stop, since the dog owner is in a rental (lived there for several years) she is now moving. In this case it was not the landlord that was the problem but the lady reported her to the county and the homeowners association.
Hope you found a solution because it is not healthy to live with all that stress.
