First a sincere congratulations on completing 23 days. Once our appetite awakens after a long fast it can be nothing short of ravenous and part of this is how amazingly good food tastes and feels after the long period of abstinance. One tip i can offer is to break with live juices, fresh cooked juices and teas and stay with these for as long as necessary. It is much harder to get into trouble with these than with whole foods... and once you sense that this voraciousness has been tamed it should then be safe to step into whole fruits and vegetables.
