 Marci, I just dehydrated them overnight in a food dehydrator and they went from one inch thick and plump, to paper thin and crisp. I vacuum packed them for future use (or to throw away after I've forgotten they were alive).  I need to reconstitute one to see if it's still viable, and I will get back to you.
