I agree. In fact, I already plan to revise it a bit next time to take my Mg Citrate before the OO. To be fair to the protocol, though, it seems to leave the time for taking the Mg Citrate open to the flusher as long as it is taken before going to bed. While I didn't experience any pain during this flush, I did FEEL more than I usually do during a flush, even when I have dumped 100-200 stones. The month of malic acid(from Mg malate) may have helped me there, but I would also suggest that the Citrate be taken an hour or 2 before the oil just to be on the safer side. Tweet
