Re: Magnesium Citrate instead of ES?

I just tried it and it didn't work for me but everybody is different. I'm going to flush again in 2 weeks and try a different protocol. Something will work. Many Many years ago I did a gallbladder flush tahat worked but I didn't realize you were supposed to do it more than just once. It worked I got lots of stones but it used enemas and so I didn't repeat it. This time I used the magnesium citrate thinking I could get away from the enemas.

Like I said it didn't work for me but it may work for you.

I'm going to try the Hulda Clark protocol this next time-it uses the Epsom Salts -still trying to avoid the enemas- and if the Clark protocol doesn't work, guess I'll have to do the cleanse I got out of the "Own Your Own Body" book which does use the enemas.

If you think about it let me know if you use it and if it works for you. Thanks,
