MC, This is a very careful approach, and a good one, certainly. It's gentle on the body, and respects the concept of giving it an array of nutrients to work with, but not too many quick changes. probaly, it is apporaching something like the "ideal" refeeding. (and it would be great to see more studies done, utilizing such an approach)
This method of refeeding is probably something anyone with any trepidation about Water Fasting would be best to adhere to.
Not saying you have any, but rather, this would bring confidence in the conviction that the whole thing works, and works well.
