I, too, have eaten this way. I felt hundreds of times better after being on this for about 1 week. I lost 50 pounds in 9 weeks. I never looked or felt better. There is a book by Gary Taubes titled " Bad Calories, Good Calories". The author looked into all ofthe studies done with diets. He found that the studies showed that this is the healthiest way to eat, and became a low carb eater. Eating just meat and cheese is probably not the best way to go, but eating fresh fruits and vegetables, and lean meat is by far the most healthful way to eat in my opinion.
