Re: constipated help!!!

How long have you been constipated and what are you eating? Is it unusual for you to be constipated? Any new meds?

If you want some instant relief you could give yourself a water enema.

My personal favorite for relieving constipation is triphalla. I suggest the Now brand, as I've tried other brands and they were far inferior. Magnesium is also helpful for bringing water into the colon. I recently started taking Primal Defence and that is really getting my bowels moving. Also, you could dry drinking Aloe Vera. Depending on how long you've been constipated, that might not be enough.

You could also go and get a colonic. Personally I really like them. It's like a reset button... and you know it's all out. My new colon hydrotherapist is amazing. If you go, I suggest the closed system vs. the open.
