Re: ugh god i need help

This isn't an easy task. You must eat a hypoallergenic diet for some months. I haven't done it myself but I know it is the way. Until some food keep your intestinal lining inflammated, it won't heal. The same thing will happen if candida, parasites, stress, or a bacterial ovegrowth keep the lining inflammated. The lining needs to heal to eliminate the leaky gut and intolerances. I am not sure if all the intolerances will disapear, but most of them probably do. I am taking the best supplements to heal the gut but still I am eating something that doesn't allow it. I am gluten free but eat diary, eggs, grains, etc. Some people eat turkey and yams for months ( only that ) to heal the gut. It is hard to find information about what is going to happen with those intolerances we have, but according to some Drs, most of them will disapear over time if you eliminate the offenders for around 6 months. I am not sure if we can eat gluten again without problem.
Jorge.
