Re: juicing with a blender?
yea it's just a little portable tool. You want one that measures 0-32% brix and has ATC (Auto temp control). They have them on ebay for like $55.
I've been using one for several weeks now and really what I have learned is how to pick ripe fruit and vegetables. After you start using one enough, you'll just be able to tell what is good produce and what isn't. I can look at pineapples and tell not only which are riper, but also which would be healthy for me to eat and which wouldn't. (Most of the times even the ripest available would be unhealthy to consume)
Actually the scariest thing is, you look at produce in supermarkets and you notice how disgustingly anemic it really is. I live right outside NYC and the organic produce from whole foods rates on average between "average and good" on brix comparison charts(
http://www.highbrixgardens.com/pdf/brix-chart.pdf)
. But at farmers markets I find some things that fall into the "Great" category on brix charts.
To my surprise, there are also ratings for the brix of produce that will simply not be touched by pests and fungus', all these ratings are above "Great" which is the highest rating on most charts and near impossible to find in this day and age. And with the way the world was intended to be, we humans, are supposed to be eating produce of that caliber. No wonder we're all so sick, the planet itself is sick cause we've poisoned it and ourselves.
When you see vegetables and fruits of the highest caliber and find them where you can, you will start laughing hysterically. They look more beautiful that the fake wax figures of fruit and vegetables that we make for advertisements. After you see that, then look at the produce easily available you'll really start to see why there are so many of us in this
Candida Forum .
Yes
Antibiotics is generally the straw that breaks the camel's back, but we are being poisoned for 99% of our entire life, we just don't even know what being healthy is.
