That green kamut looks really amazing. I'm skeptical of all freeze dried greens but I would kill to have some of that grass freshly juiced.
You're right about a lot of the jamba juice places, although I suspect the wheatgrass is still good for you. I've been testing the brix of wheatgrass and a lot of places are below 5 while 6 should be the norm. Ideally 8-10 would be ideal.
