Actually, you are presenting a misunderstanding. The 4 Hz frequency produces a wider range of harmonics that covers all Clark and Rife frequencies but in lower amplitude which requires more power.

Again, it is the generation of specific frequencies that accomplishes much of the effectiveness.

Clark chose to use a higher frequency because it needed less current and therefore less risk of burns as well as the ability to provide penetration to areas that Beck does not reach.

"the AMOUNT OF CURRENT" is needed only because of the lower amplitude of the harmonics generated.

Frequency is VERY important: Beck generates harmonics that are approx. 8 hZ apart all the way up to 800 kHz or nearly that high depending on the components used. This means that Beck generates a frequency that is not more than 4 Hz away from any frequency specified by either Clark or Rife.

Consider a Beck apparatus with no frequency output, what happens? Nothing! The higher voltage is only necessary to compensate for the weaker harmonics.

It should be noted that Beck is not exactly 4 Hz as the accuracy depends on the components used and is often up to 10 or even 20 percent in error. This is not critical because it is a "close enough" device.
