That was awesome news about your heart. :) You are so determined that I know you will make a complete recovery. We are all pulling for you here on this forum, I am sure, and are very happy to hear the good news. Your progress is a great fasting testimony and we are all interested in those.

Thanks for asking about me. I'm doing great. Thanks for your prayers. The Lord has lead me through much. :) I know that I am not anywhere near as advanced as you are with this fasting/nutrition stuff, but I work on it. I still do my short fasts. They really do help me. My respiratory system still needs healing. My diet has been very good lately, but I do not get the same results as I do when fasting. That, of course, is to be expected.

I will be looking forward to your posts as you continue your healing story.
