Can i ask you how you did that, as I am a runner (1st marathon in 2011 :))) and i would not want to hurt myself..
I dont usually push myself very very hard, although sometimes...
I have a heart beating slow, so a good capacity to "recover" after an effort but maybe (surely) there are things i should be more aware of!
And also, what about running a semi marathon few days after a long water fast, while drinking some veggie juice?!
