Thank you Rainy :). I am continuing to eat healthy and exercise... and i'm feeling good. A cardiologist concluded through a panel of tests that my heart is healthy though in my own experience of living in my body, i found that i need to keep my heart rate at 90% of max or less to keep it from feeling strained and a lot of stress makes it feel strained too.
Whatever damage i did 8 months ago has healed tremendously in the two recent long fasts, but my heart is still not all the way back to pre-injury status. I miss the awesome feeling of running at my highest level of intensity (95-98% of max), but unlike my post-injury/pre-fasting inability to walk up my driveway without strain, at least now i am able to work out comfortably with a fair amount of intensity so i am very happy with the remarkable progress.
Looking forward to more fasting one day soon to continue in the quest for complete heart healing and complete elimination of toxemia but it will be a couple of months or more before i am relatively free.
