I think that your body will tell you. But I also think that anything involving grains should be properly soaked, fermented and or sour levened.

I don't eat grains because they make me constipated and have for a long long time. The last time I ate a potato I felt good for a little while and then crashed. Sweet potatoes feel good, I dont get a blood Sugar crash and I digest them well, but they seem to make my head and vagina itch. Carrots make the room go funny while I'm eating them.... So, personally, I'm not eating any complex carbs right now.

I eat cooked asparagus and spinach and kale and bok choy. I might eat some organic corn on the cob tonight to test the waters. I eat lettuces of all kinds and sprouts and orange bell peppers. I eat about 6 raw eggs a day and raw cheese with raw sprouted flax seed crackers. Meat of all kinds and fish. Broth with nutritional yeast and butter. Coconut oil. I just started drinking my reverse osmosis water with diotomaceous earth added to it. I watered some plants with plain RO water and the leaves started to rot. I added the DE to some others of the same kind and they seem to be happy so far. I also feel less thirsty with the DE water. I add a tablespoon to a two gallon container and the water gets saturated by the DE and the rest settles to the bottom. I like the way it tastes... Less acidic than the RO water.
