Re: Need major advice & opinions, blood test on water fast.
It's so funny to read about how fasters cheat doctors. LOL!
I avoid doctors by all means. If I manage to get into their hands - after some accidents, or when I had my bunion removed - I immediately start my fast and tell them about it. Once, after my car accident, one doctor really prescribed me a three day fast - I am not kidding! It was in the University of Florida, Shands Hospital, and it looked like they finally discovered and proved scientifically there the fact that fasting after a brain injury speeds up healing.
When I had an operation for my bunion removal, I was told not to eat before it. So, I didn't eat for 3 days before it. I told my doctor that I am on my 3rd day of water fast, and he didn't say anything. I also requested a conscious seduction - and my request was granted. So, on my 3rd fasting day I had a nice "cocktail party" experience chatting with my anesthesiologist all the way through. It was a blast! I also refused to take
Antibiotics and painkillers after that. Only ice bags and a special cooler boot. He was okay with that too. What else could he do? He couldn't just force those pills down my throat, right?
