I had 21 days in August -my longest one. Have another 20 day-ish ( hopefully ) coming next month and I am so ready! I can see a patern in my mistakes - I do great during the fast and breaking it..and then I go to a cicle of neglecting nutritions till next fast ( luckily for abouut a months or so )...Hapened twice already and its going to be my focus from now on...Even with all my steps back, I have such an overall improvement that keeps me positive.I started- less than 1 year ago and I am not going back there...So , it is a fight, Mighty .I though I am perfect and I can do it all but its turns to be a hard work some times
I will get there , I know. I will go to a doctor 4 months after the fast and I will rock like you did ,lol.AND, I will brag about it here ,too

On the serious note,I need to do Liver Flush and I have some fear from it.. have you done it ? Sounds really powerful as reacton
