"He was saying that he had never seen such a hight number of good cholesterol and all other stuff ,dont remeber whatelse ...my blood pressure was down to normal after 5 years going up ...Yeas, I totally enjoyed the luck at his face"
I had a similar experience but this was about 3 months after my fast... very low triglycerides and very high good cholesterol.
I am a firm believer in water fast, hard core, you know it...
yes me too :).
Where did you go ? You are not taking a break few years now after the big number, are you ?
happy SUnday

Well i mostly got very busy with work. I'm taking a break (from fasting) for a few months before my next anticipated fast... i'd do another one now if i didn't feel the need to get so much work done. In the meantime i'll continue to build the best possible nutritional stores and take advantage of the opportunity to train my body. What about you? Another fast in a couple months?
Happy Sunday to you as well :).
Liver flush! I hate it. I really did it just a few times -2 or 3 maybe, the third wasn't a complete one - and loved the results, but I will never do it again.
I have discovered that for me, coffee enemas do the same thing. And they also feel good too, not at all like any water enema. Or liver flush!
Is cofee enema can be considered as a gentle liver flush? What do you guys think? ... The thing is that I experience with coffee enema the same results as with liver flush, but faster and without any pain, and want to know if anyone can confirm that.
Hey FarrHC and also for Vidda :),
I would agree that a coffee enema is basically a gentle liver flush, stimulating the release of bile and toxins which i agree is a pretty awesome thing. The olive oil liver flush on the other hand is so aggressive that it can push out a lot of stones if they are in the gallbladder and/or liver (along with the bile and toxins), something a coffee enema is not reknowned to do.
The liver flush (Olive oil/grapefruit juice) is a bigger deal requiring more planning (3-5 days of apple juice or apple cider vinegar to dissolve the outer coating of the stones... water enema and 2 epsom salt solutions preceeding the olive oil and 2 epsom salt solutions following it. A coffee enema is quite simple by comparison and is actually recommended as a morning follow up to the olive oil flush.
I have done maybe 25 of them (Olive oil flush's) over the years and i never experienced anything resembling pain... it has always been quite comfortable. The main negative for me is the possibility of nausia in the morning so it's important to plan it so that you'll be off work the following day, especially in the morning, though most of the time i had no nausia at all... and sometimes i found it harder than others to get the olive oil solution down.
So you say you loved the results!... what were they? :).
"Mighty, thx for the comments ! So nice to see you back here
I had 21 days in August -my longest one. Have another 20 day-ish ( hopefully ) coming next month and I am so ready!"
Hi Vidda,
I've never been too far away. I have read of your exploits, your 21 days was so smooth and awesome :). I'll be looking forward to your next one ;).
"I will go to a doctor 4 months after the fast and I will rock like you did ,lol.AND, I will brag about it here ,too"
;).
"On the serious note,I need to do liver flush and I have some fear from it.. have you done it ? Sounds really powerful as reacton."
I have done several liver flushes with great success... was nervous only doing the first one (since it was a completely new and freaky thing at the time) and in each thereafter I was calm and relaxed, completely trusting in the process. The first time i did the liver flush (maybe about 10 years ago?), i did a series of 8 over 8 months. The volume of stones started at about a cup and halved itself each month until 7 months later there was about a tablespoon and in the 8th month they were all gone.
"Txh for being there for the rookies, Mighty...If we dont complain, we would never get to hear from you , and Chrisb or Chiron and all other nice experienced ppl."
Complain? :). Thanks a bunch Vidda, always happy to help in any way i can.
