I dont have details infront of me - posting from work ..Trust me , my doctor was very impressed .I hadnt had such great numbers for the last 10 years..I think it was around Easter....when he asked me what hapenned , did you start running again ( I wish) ...i had to go with fruit diet route.. So, I said -nothing, just my normal Easter FRUIT fast.Then I had to talk to his wife ( which is my age ) to make sure she does her fruit fast....It was just half truth - I was getting ready to break the fast with fruits anyway
He was saying that he had never seen such a hight number of good holesterol and all other stuff ,dont remeber whatelse ...my blood pressure was down to normal after 5 years going up ...Yeas, I totally enjoyed the luck at his face
I am a firm believer in water fast, hard core, you know it
Where did you go ? You are not taking a break few years now after the big number, are you ?
