i've been treating myself with ozone IV's for quite some time for my lyme disease and i wholeheartedly agree with everyone else not to try to do this by yourself without having an experienced practitioner show you how to do it and then make sure that you are able to do this safely by yourself with him watching you do it. the same with h2o2. you need the right kind of h2o2, the right kind of water to dilute it in, the right kind of equipment and the right amounts.

another thing: i believe you meant that you have an oxygen concentrator and an ozone generator, yes? is the oxy concentrator a low flow machine? what's the flow rate? if it's anything more then 0.5 l/min then you don't want to insert it longer then 30 SECONDS in your rectum and even if you do that be super careful otherwise you can blow your intestines to shreds. not fun.
