Ok, if lymph nodes swell during and following seroconversion they will tend to stay swollen for weeks or months they certainly wouldn't go down in a few days, especially in multiple areas so this is another reason to relax. Swollen lymph nodes in HIV tend to be greater than at least 1cm and probably nearer 2cm across.
I think you need to stop experimenting with any therapy and go get tested again. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
You are living proof that just the fear of HIV can be an extremely dangerous thing.
