the reason why i wasn't sure what you were saying Chiron and requested a rephrase is that 1. your post read like i needed reminding (?) that most people here are "not feeling like healthy bodies" when (for all we know) more than half may be quite healthy (relatively) and are only here to maintain health, offer support, do some research or just read silently. and 2. that therefore my post was "not speaking to the moment" whatever that means (inappropriate?) and "speaking to itself" whatever that means (irrelevant?).

in fact it reads as tho you imagine you have the insight and authority to speak for others here (?) and that i should limit my responses to addressing only the unhealthy (?). this came across (to me) as controlling and dismissive of my right to respond [inoffensively] as i see fit and to whomever i choose, in my own unique way.

so i figured you'd either lost the plot or would care to rephrase (in 'actually', rather than merely feel warm fuzzies that never see the light of day :-).
