I've been experimenting w different steeping times on the Smooth Move tea - 15 minutes steeping caused me some painful cramps, 10 has been better.
I'm definitely considering trying just the swf in the a.m. to see if that, alone, works for me. If so, I can stop the lax tea/use when needed.
Also, good to know about the Yogi tea, as well.
YAAAY for cleansing! I feel SO fortunate to 1) have found out about Master Cleanse and 2) have had a pretty easy time of the cleanse thus far and 3) a great supportive forum!
