Days 19 and 20 of (hopefully!) 40 day cleanse

Hi There!

I'm back to report that my difficulties during days 17 and 18 have passed!

Yesterday was Day 19! I've been sure to do the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) (blech, but manageable) and ensure I'm drinking enough water along w enough lemonade.

I seem to have gotten over the frustrations I was having (for the first time during the entire cleanse, thus far).

Yesterday (due to scheduling challenges) I had had the Smooth Move tea the night before and then yesterday, late morning. Unfortunately the 'poop explosion factor' chose to hit later that afternoon. Fortunately I was at an understanding friend's place so could just get it all out while I was there. Other than that, I was feeling back to better energy etc, as I had before.

Today is Day 20 and I did the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) last night and this morning, and am waiting for the stomach gurgling to set in (so I can get it all out)before I head out. I'm feeling far more optimistic, excited and proud of myself. I noticed a few days ago that my pores are smaller, and my nails stronger. I love that people walking past me would never know I hadn't eaten food in 20 days! In fact, my energy is higher than most people's, so it's fun to watch their reactions. My family have been very supportive, and my friends have been fascinated. Some are starting their first Master-Cleanse because they see how thrilled I've been with it!
