They have a 100 year safety record. None of those articles above have anything to do with long term use.

They are totally safe and don't damage your own body's ability to produce them. You can take fistfulls without toxicity.

They are highly beneficial to take while you are experiencing inflammation and low gastric acid, which is common with Candida.

Supplementing Pancreatin will lower your body's production of it only while you're supplementing it, which in not a big deal.

They are one of the most heavily researched supplements.

Also useful are Betaine, which should be used carefully.

Bile salts can also be beneficial.
