Ha ha ha ha!!...Hey actualhealth You are so so funny....I will do that. But its faster to ask questions from experienced fasters. You know what I mean. Its first hand information. More accurate and "Cure Zone" is the best to get what you want and support, concerning fasting.

How are you doing?, Are you still going on with the fast or you stopped for a while?. For me its day #4 today. I crossed the first three days, which I presume as the hardest of all.

Okay now question for everyone, I have a sore throat..is this due to throwing up or something else. When I swallow it feels really sore...what is going on?.

second question: Does anyone experience palpitation of the heart?.Like the heart beating fast for 3-5 seconds and stops and over.
