I read here that the body sends 1 to 2 quarts of mucus per day though the sinuses and to the lungs. The impurities are brought up by the lungs continuously through the windpipe and then down esophagus to be flushed through the digestive tract. When the impurity is larger we feel it and can cough it out.
So then this could be why they suggest drinking a lot during a respiratory infection.
I have found that eating pineapple (has bromain and enzymes & is helping me feel a little better). And by eating pineapple, I mean I am eating a whole fresh pineapple a day, half at night, half in the day. Have been doing so for 3 weeks. Am so sick at this point needed to try something.
So I am wondering if the H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) flushes and eating the pineapple might be a good adjunct to the meds taken for at least the parasites in the areas with mucus - nose, GI tract.
Anyhow, I am not sure of any of this. Just putting it out there. I was just looking for anything that might help you guys that you could add to what you are already doing. Something that would help shift things so the meds work better. Something that was not a med so you to take it with the meds.
