Thanks for the information on the chorella and kefir. I am just really struggling with the need to introduce some carbs into my diet because I cannot sustain my body on proteins and vegetables. It is pretty confusing as on the one hand "grains" are taboo and yet fruits are taboo as well. It leaves very little to consume, and my weight and energy levels will never support working out if this continues.
That said, I think I will start introducing chorella and some blueberries into my diet.
