We are close to final, you misinterpreted data concerning resistivity of human tissues. Dry muscle fibers under microscope may have 600x resistance of blood. But not inside living body, where each and single fiber is filled with fluids with electrolytics.
Such a tissue has resistance similar to blood.

No, not at all. I never said that *exactly* 3mA is needed. I stressed the magnitude of current, so mine 1.6mA is indeed less, but not as ridiculous as yours 0.13 mA. Moreover, 1.6mA is not my preferred choice, but simply I cannot tolerate more due to unpleasant "tinkling" inside my wrist, felt also in the palm. BTW, no burnt skin at all.
