Your welcome! I'm so glad you are feeling better today. I felt the same way as you about dieting during pregnancy but also felt like I had to do what helped the most too. And if you think about it, whatever helps you to feel the best, is going to be the best for the baby.
I definitely think the green juices and foods will be great to add on.
You know, even though I was doing low-carb, I gained 40 pounds. I was underweight before pregnancy, so I figured that was a good thing. :)
Also, I don't know if you considered doing any dairy at all, but I did Mt. Caprotein goat protein powder during pregnancy. It's suppose to be a very easily digested protein and it's partially fermented, so that is good for digestion and has some pro-biotics in it too. I normally can't handle dairy at all, but I seemed to do well on that. I figured the calcium was good to get too while pregnant.
