Thanks so much for finding that for me. I have wondered about the Rescue Remedy before. I am seriously thinking of trying it out. One thing that really started helping me as of yesterday was to go low carb most of the day and eat meat and cheese type foods. It is giving my adrenals the support and helping them rest so it's reducing my hypothyroid symptoms. The gasping for air and stuff I learned is caused by low thyroid hormone, apparently my heart is beating slower and weaker because of the lack of hormone.
The idea of the hawthorne is a good one. I took it a long time ago before adrenal fatigue for heart feeling like it was skipping a beat and it worked really well. However the last time I tried it was after I was already ill and I used the tea form for the first time and I had a really weird reaction. I peed and peed and could not stop peeing. I was terrified and ended up doing urine therapy (drank my pee gross I know) out of desperation and it miraculously stopped me from peeing myself to death.
That was really weird because when I was healthy I always took it and it helped a great deal. So I'm not sure if it was related to my adrenal fatigue or if I just got too much by taking the tea form.
