I'm not Uny but I think I can answer your questions, I'll give it a go anyway.

I see that you've never taken Cayenne so I'd definitely start with the Cayenne #1, I'd say that very few people are able to stand the heat of the #3 lol.

As far as waiting until you get Uny's answer before you order so you can do it all at the same time.  I just want to tell you that when you get that answer it's probably going to take you a few days to read and wrap your head around everything she's got for you, you won't believe how long and detailed it is when she does answer lol, but you're going to love natural healing. 

So, in light of that fact, if you want to get started on the Cayenne for the migraines I'd go ahead and order it but it's up to you.  The ultimate goal is to get to the cause of the migraines and not just treat the symptom (migraine).  In the meantime you'd take several droppersful of the tincture when you have the migraine to help get rid of it or relieve the pain. The dosage that works is differnt for everyone so you'll have to experiment with it when you've got a migraine.

Cayenne is a very important part of natural healing, so I'm sure Uny will tell you that you need to take it at least 3-4 times a day above and beyond when you use it to treat the migaines.  Below is a link to a fantastic testimony about the Cayenne tincture being used for migraine headaches and heart problems too.
