Thanks for the info. I have read the links, all except the book but will do that as well. Sounds like something I would certainly be willing to try!

I see you sell it in 3 different versions. Do you have any idea which would be best for me? Should I wait to order until we get everything figured out?

Do you think for me it would be something I take every day or just when I get headaches? I was not sure if it would be used as a preventive or just to alleviate the pain? Also not sure of the dose. From what I read he said people can be sensitive to it, the heat and might need to build up to greater doses. I am sure it might be difficult to take but if it helps it is certainly worth it!
