I found the exact form you posted on Tennessee's Department of Licensing website, I have to send it to the Secretary of State. Things are cheaper here, it's $15.00 per form.

So the PMB distinguishes the real me from my strawman.  I can get a PMB from Mr. Postman, a privately owned business in my town. 

I was wondering about that UCC-AD form, I'll wait and see what yours looks like when you post it since I'm just now learning about all this.  I read some stuff months ago that T posted on the Strawman but got busy researching something else at the time.  I'm ready to learn this now because I really think it will help.

I'm thinking Tennessee will do this, I don't see why they'd have the form online if they wouldn't.  If not though, I'll just file it with Washington State.

Have you filed your form at your courthouse yet?  Just wondering how they reacted if you did.  I would imagine there would be lots of questions because I don't think there are very many people that know about this, especially where I live.

It's going to take some training to remember about who you're signing as for the all caps vs. upper/lower case, that's gonna take some getting used to. ;)  I noticed that my bank statements have our name in all caps, never noticed that before.  I wish I didn't have to even have a bank account but I just can't do without it with our business.
