Thanks Chaz, good explanations. The blind deer look is what they had in their eyes when we were trying to explain it to them. The student loans are in all caps. They actually gave the money back, because he didn't go to the school after all. They are now coming back on them, saying they owe them thousands of dollars for processing fees etc. BS.
