Colon Cleanse Questions

Sorry for another long post but I could really use the help.
My stool test results showed a +3 out of 4 yeast/fungi.It stated I did not have any parasites or anything else except not enough good bacteria. The doctor put me on Diflucan for two weeks and I think I want to continue it for an additional two weeks.

From what I have read it seems you should Colon Cleanse before anything else. Is this true? Due to a surgery and Colonoscopy in Nov last year I did clear out my colon but I do not know if that cleaned out my digestive tract as well?

I found these Colon Cleanses most on the forum (1) Oxypowder (2) Bowtrol (3) Dr Schultze (4) Dr Natura Colonix (5) Blessed Herbs

I also see stuff about P&B shake-Is this the same as the colon cleansers above? I also see enemas but I do not think I would be able to handle doing that.

How do you choose the right one to do? I have been reading info for days and I am so lost on what I should do. Can some of you tell me what worked for you and how long you had to do it? It seems that they all takes months except for Dr Schultze, is that right?

In case it matters before I started the Diflucan I was rarely constipated. Does that make a difference on which one is best for me?
