The mere fact you think a month is a long term to clean the bowel shows you do not undertand much about colon cleanse. I believe you would benefit from more feedback - not only mine and posting on the Bowel Cleanse Forum will give you some other insight.

In order to find out what MOST PEOPLE DO post again asking who uses enemas and if they find them useful and the like into your title. I could not tell for sure what most people do , but I know for a fact that many people on the forum find enemas essential - or better, colonics if they have plenty of money to spend.
