"It is not necessarily saturated fats or high cholesterol that lead to heart disease. Arteriosclerosis is a result of arterial inflammation. Animal fats do contain pro-inflammatory arachidonic acid though, so animal fat consumption should be somewhat limited."

I showed this to a friend of mine who disagreed and posted some countering information.Since I know how you love a good debate I figured I would post his counter.I will reply to this post with his counter.
