 Thank you so much for the reply. God bless you for this work.Do you have another brand that might be more vitamin rich and still safe for the fungus/yeast issue? The unfortified contains so little in the way of nutrients, and I didn't see any pantothenic acid either. It is really basic as far as vitamins. Any advice would be appreciated as to what brands might be better.

The vitamins are not always listed since the naturally occurring vitamins will vary from batch to batch.  So the vitamins listed tend to be the added vitamins so the amounts can be stated.

But nutritional yeast is nutritional yeast.  The only difference will be if it is fortified or not.
