The reason I feel I've messed up is because of 1) the variety of foods I've had and 2) the bloating I experienced through my abdominal area and thighs yesterday. It doesn't seem to be as bad today, but I'm hoping I didn't blow all of my progress with the wine or the re-introduction of cooked foods so soon.
I'm at a slim weight now (BMI of 20), but would like to continue to lose weight.
