You did great and congrats on your successful fast. I feel like I messed up today too :( It's my 4th day after breaking my fast and I've been doing really good. Except for tonight. I made a huge batch of this really good soup (if you want you can read my food journal post that I have up) I had a bowl of it and felt full after a few spoonfuls. About 2 hours later, I felt a little hungry and had a few more spoonfuls, I made a mistake and ate those few spoonfuls a little too quickly. Then my sister made this tuna/pasta salad..it had mayo and onions and black pepper in there too along with peas and some other stuff. I had a few forkfuls I FEEL AWFUL about it. That's the first time I ever messed up. I really regret it. I have a fear of gaining that weight back, and my stomach shrunk dramatically. I feel by those extra few forkfuls I stretched it out again, I feel stuffed :( I had all this self control for so long and I need to keep that up. How are you feeling these days? Did the bloated feeling go away?
