Would you recommend the SSKI 2% for me over the Lugol's? What would be the dosage? In reading your post above, I'm wondering if the "selenium and Vit. C stores" are low for me because despite supplementation, it's not getting into my cells (maybe because of poor gut metabolism), and so the reason I'm testing "no" with kinesiology on the various forms of Iodine is because of the oxidative stress thing. I know that's a leap... but it's not like I've got a doctor working on that question for me - lol!
