Sorry I've been away.
The main answer for me was to stock taking the product. The fog lifted after that. I took it the wrong way...day one I took three at once....that shocked my system with what you're feeling now. I took three the next day AM, Noon, PM but still felt bad. Stopped after that.
But the damage was done...each day got better and went to work out on day 4 and crashed after the workout. It was just the last straw to the high altitude mountain climb I did. Been suffering since April and on Aug 4th, I had my 3rd crash. 2-3 were my fault for not understanding what I shouldn't do. I firmly believe that we can all be this, because I have improved enough in between crashes to warrant the statement. When I crash, my routine is:
- 3 days bed ridden
- 4 feel better as anxiety symtoms start to calm
- 5 & 6 less and less anxiety symptoms and I can function
- 7 I can actually go to work, but I need lots of rest
I've crashed 3 times and this routine has happened like clockwork. But no more for me...I've learned my lessons...it's time to get on the right track and stay there.
