How are you doing on your protocol? Are you seeing improvements? i just started with Lam. This is my first week. So nervous.

I ask everyone this, but did you have trouble with sleep? And has that gotten better?

I cannot find ANYTHING that works consistantly and for anymore than a couple hours... Hoping this will go away as I work with Lam...
