The protocol works....I was well on my way till I failed to read my body signs...I even was working in the yard in 97 degree keep for hours....smoked a bunch of cigars...when I tried jogging instead of walking, I crashed in 10 minutes.
I weakened myself and caused this....BTW I'll be 49 in September and half trashed my body through sports all my life. Our systems are incredibly strong and it took me a long time to get in this perdicament.
