Re: Low sulphur - the final solution to pain free diet.
Have you tried the protocol described in "Restoring Your Digestive Health" written by Jordan S. Rubin, NMD & Joseph Brasco, MD?
I had IBS for 20 years and now it's gone, purely due to Jordan's protocol. I'm in phase 2 of the protocol, now eating yogurt (yogourt) as well as the Brasco Broth. I'm taking 12 capsules per day of the HSO probiotic by "Garden of Life" as well as the Omega-Zyme Ultra Ultimate Digestive Enzyme Blend with meals.
I make my own yoghurt (yoghourt), as described in "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" by Elaine Gottschall, and culture it for 30 hours (I use the "oven method" with a 60 watt light bulb).
It is a difficult and tiring protocol to follow, but the result is worth it.

I too am following Andy Cutler's protocol for heavy metal chelation, using 75 mg each of DMSA and ALA every 3 hours for a week, then take a week off.

I had my
Amalgam fillings out during the summer of 2009 and have been chelating since that time. Although I still have issues with fatigue, I have been gaining a little muscle mass in recent months ... a definite sign of improvement.
Liver Flushes are also something I do, usually every 2 weeks. I've probably done over 70 by now, and I always feel better afterwards:

Unfortunately it does take time, patience and perseverance to continue through the protocols, I believe the results will come.
