Thanks for the response, but I'll have to trust my body is doing something to detox liver because my body will NOT sleep during these periods. In fact, when I get up at 6:30 AM (which I do every day) and go to bed at 11, I feel sluggish and toxic most of the time. As soon as I revert back to 2 or 2:30 am sleep and 9 wake, I'm full of energy for the whole day. I'm hopeful that not everyone has the same schedule.
